CASE STUDY 2

TRANSPORT & FACILITATION SERVICES

Airport Transport and Facilitation Services
Contract Overview:

National Luxury Transport (NLT) is contracted by the Client to provide transport and facilitation services between Melbourne Airport and secure locations throughout Victoria in support of visiting Client personnel.

This multi-year contract requires a complete transport system including fleet, driving and supervisory staff supported by a comprehensive booking, allocation and dispatch system to support transport and facilitation
services and operates for 50 weeks per year with services scheduled on a 24/7 basis – linked to international and domestic flight schedules.

Contracted since 2022, NLT has delivered scheduled and ad-hoc services throughout Victoria, NSW and ACT with stringent KPI requirements which we continue to exceed.

NLT is required to operate on a 24/7 basis with requests often received on short notice, given the nature of international arrivals hosted by the Client. In this role, NLT provides an international delegation’s first impression of Australia and the Client and as such professionalism and presentation is paramount. This contract includes the provision of dedicated fleets and drivers, support staff, reservations personnel, a dedicated account manager to liaise with Client representatives and significant compliance
and milestone reporting.

A key strength of our success throughout the past decade is the experience and expertise demonstrated by our planning and service delivery teams. We understand the complexities of multi-nation event transport operations, transporting delegations from 55+ nations. This partnership approach continues to deliver seamless operations across all locations.
